Download Cold Smoker Instructions How to Use the Smoke Daddy Cold Smoker The Smoke Daddy Cold Smoker is a very easy to use and install smoking tool. This page will show the basics of getting started with the smoker. Here you can determine if the Smoke Daddy will meet your needs. This shows the 5 different settings for the smoke outlet tube. It can be adjusted for thin wall applications all the way up to a 4” wall thickness by moving the Eclip to the appropriate groove. For installing the smoker, you will need: A drill to drill the appropriate size opening in your smoke chamber. Pair of Channel Locks or pliers. The smoker can work with tubes 11/16" and 1" diameter. Also, the smoke tube can be adjusted in length as shown in the picture. When you drill the appropriate size hole, simply attach the smoker with the channel locks, light the smoker, and you're smokin'! Lighting is as simple as using a propane torch or a piece of charcoal.
