I received the smoke generator Tuesday afternoon and within two hours I had built a smoker out of what was handy. Pictures are attached. I had smoked quail legs and breasts by late evening. Next day I added some insulation, hinged the bottom door and used a hot plate instead of propane fryer's burner. I am now smoking mullet at about 150 degrees, after a soak in beer/molases as per the Sausage Making/ Meat Curing book you sell.
I expect a cure blend from Sausage Maker via UPS this afternoon and will begin cold smoking sausage soon. I have found a local source of exotic pig parts. Love your product. It costs about a quarter of any other cold smoke generator I have found.

Thanks for the expeditious shipping, just hooked up the smoke daddy only took about 10 minutes. Glad I found your website, I've been passing the word around about your product and I think you'll be selling a few more once folks see how mine is working. I smoke everything from cheese, peppers,nuts, and all species of meat. It was also nice to be able to call and talk to you about the smoke daddy.
